What is the difference between IQF and block frozen?
IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) means each piece is frozen individually at −40°C, allowing precise portioning and superior texture — ideal for retail and HoReCa. Block frozen is more cost-efficient for industrial processors handling large volumes where individual portioning isn't needed.
Can I order multiple products in one container?
Yes. We can mix products within a single 20ft or 40ft reefer container, subject to minimum quantities per product line. This is common for buyers wanting to trial multiple products or serve a diverse customer base. Contact us to discuss mixed container arrangements.
Do you offer custom size grades or cuts?
Yes. Beyond our standard size grades, we can process to custom buyer specifications including specific weight ranges, custom cut dimensions, portioned weights, specific glazing percentages, and custom packaging. Please include your requirements when requesting a quote.
What glazing percentage do you use?
Our standard glazing is 10–15% for IQF products, but we can adjust glazing percentage to match your specifications or market requirements. Glazing percentage is clearly stated on all product labels and documentation.
Can you provide private label packaging?
Yes. We offer full private label packaging with your brand, logo, product information, nutritional data, barcode, and multi-language labelling (EN, FR, ES, IT, AR, ZH). Artwork setup typically takes 5–7 working days. Minimum quantities apply — contact us for details.
How can I verify the quality before placing a full order?
We offer product samples for qualified buyers. Sample shipments are sent via cold-chain express courier (DHL / FedEx) to your facility. Sample costs are typically credited against your first container order. Request samples by contacting our sales team with your product requirements.
